In this situation it depends on the child, if they feel as if they are comfortable with you they will say what is on their mind, but others may act out and become violent with the others they are surrounded with.

Kids that are crying, when they drift away from the group to be by themselves, kids that are usually playful become very quiet, when you talk to them and they won't give you eye contact, kids that seem frustrated and short tempered

I believe some signs a child needs help are.... Crying and screaming secluding them selves hand motions/ body language

Children show sign throw their actions and feelings for example, unexpected tantrum, being shy and like to be alone, fearful cry or cream and acting like she don't belong with his/her peers.
