We as providers can support early brain development by being loving and nurturing to those who may be exposed to toxic stress and limit screen/tv activities and promote learning from our surroundings and environment around us.

Being responsive to our little ones' needs and communicating as well as interacting with them in positive, nurturing, ways like having them sit close by while reading or singing songs. Limiting screen time for children under 2 is important as well and stimulating their brains with a variety of toys, puzzles and independent play. Outdoor exploration is also a wonderful way to soothe developing brains.

Support early brain development by responding quickly to an infant's needs and cries, a lot of holding, cuddling,& loving contact, interactive communication and eye contact, limiting screen/tv time, reading and singing to them.
