It's important to have positive words when communicating with the families. Never make judgments about how their child is behaving or how they may raise the child at home. If you want to talk about behavior, first ask the question if that behavior is seen at home. Giving positive feedback about their child improves the relationship, but also letting them know of what you observe without coming off as the child's parent yourself
