Staff members should first read and understand the program's mission statement before starting training and work within the facility. Once that is understood a daily practice comes from routine and being immersed in the center's atmosphere that works towards nurturing children in all manners while following the program's statement

Its important to have a common understanding of the goals of the center as a whole and that way parents can have a clear understanding.

Staff members should be able to recite the general message that the mission statement stands for (if not able to recite it perfectly) and should think about those values while teaching.

Staff members should aim to ask themselves whether they are modeling the program's mission/vision statement every day. Also, they should make sure that their personal contribution fits the overall goal of the establishment itself.
