1 .2. Which of the food handling and preparation regulations do you have the most trouble implementing?
Sometimes I can rush too much while making food and making sure I'm not cross contaminating. I will slow down and make sure I am not.

I have trouble sometimes sanitizing the table before and after meals in the commotion of the room. I will figure out classroom management skills to fix this.
