In the care center the caregivers we change the diapers it takes us a time of 4-5 minutes at home it is faster it takes the time of 1 minute or 2 minutes. in the center the baby and we have to clean the area and put the gloves every diaper is pine in a bag and throw them away. The gloves are changed at every diaper change.

I think it could be argued that most parents don't see the need to use gloves or spray their diapering area down with disinfectant in their diapering process, which probably makes their system faster, but only okay because the child is the only one being changed there rather than at a daycare where several children are being changed several times a day.

Yes. At our center we use gloves and sanitize the areas between diapering. This is to avoid spreading germs and potential diseases.
