WE have someone who is in charge of snacks so mostly the food is brought to classroom during our snack times, so we generally take care of keeping the food at the right temperature. But sometimes, we tend to get a little bit delayed and i worry about milk going in and out of the fridge.

i can understand how there might be problems in classrooms that get snacks. my classroom doesnt get snack. the only thing that i think would be concerning is being creative and healthy in all the choices

Saving foods according to policies are sometimes hard to do in a hurry or rather hard to remember to put a lid on a milk I am saving.
