Continuing to Grow as a Professional

I plan to continue to grow as a professional by collaborating with my coworkers, reading books or articles pertaining to early childhood, and continuing to take courses and classes to improve my knowledge base.

My plan is to put a home daycare, and which mean I would probably have to do some college, but definitely ask the director more about it.

To continue to grow as a professional, I will put more effort into collaborating with more experienced staff members, research and become more familiar with the WACs, and maintain my training.

3.2 Making reports written daily as an observer of my experiences; in such a way that it can systematize the entire teaching-learning process with students, parents and high school classmates. This will allow the dynamics of permanent self-assessment of better results in my work as an educator.
