creating programs that openly accept all types of backgrounds, understanding yourself plays a huge roll in order to understand the diversity around you. Also having a good positive attitude will make them WANT to learn from you.

having a good outlook and a good relationship with the kids so they want to listen and learn from you in is a good way to have the kids be open with you so you can understand differnt childrens diverse backrounds also having clubs that are open to all cultures and backrounds.
