I would prefer the Teaching Strategies Gold because it is online, user-friendly, and can be used with any developmentally appropriate early childhood curriculum (of any age). It is fully bilingual, aligned with state common core standards to better prepare children for school, and supports all types of learners including special needs or advanced knowledge/skills. It just seems very comprehensive and efficient, while the High Scope was not user friendly (recommended training) and required you to have 2 versions of it for different age groups. The Child Skills Checklist was simple which was nice, but it wasn't very in depth/leave room for specific comments for each child's progression over time.
