Toddlers:
Have difficulty classifying their emotions and may need help expressing them in a positive way. They need time and space to explore safely and practice their climbing/walking skills. They begin to play alongside other children, and show interest in what others are doing/ mimic play. They want to know "what" things are and "how" they work/go.
