1 .2. Which of the food handling and preparation regulations do you have the most trouble implementing?
I do not, have trouble implementing none of the food handling and preparation regulations. I ensure I follow and am informed about all food handling and preparation regulations. Because I work at a restaurant where I handle, store and prepare food. So, I know the guidelines for food safety, and how important it is to follow these guidelines carefully, from the point food is bought, stored, prepared, served and cleaning up afterwards. Especially in a childcare environment where food is being prepared for large groups of children, where these guidelines for food safety, have to be followed in order to keep children safe from food borne illnesses, because many children and adults get sick from eating foods that are not properly handled.
