One of the best ways to make sure you can keep a child engaged in your environment is to have an "Interest Area." This is an area that has a wide variety of hands on toys such as puzzles, blocks, play doh, music, sensory and many more.

to keep children interested in the environment of learning i would say switch a lot of the work or materials out and also keep it simple but different maybe show them how to do it. Practicing with them is another way to keep them interested in what their doing.
Make sure you're classroom is big enough to have different stations for each child. Or turn some activities into outdoor games or indoor games
