Each child has his/her own set of needs. There are some children who need a quiet environment to be happy or need a lot of attention to be happy. Some kids are never happy and some kids don't let things get to them. Each need is different because each child is different. It is easy for an outgoing child to be in a group of people and thrive but it could result as a failure for children who are shy.
