I would pick calm activities before nap time, such as quiet calming music, reading books after a snack time. I would have then sit in a quiet corner with lots of soft pillows and blankets. Children's bodies need that nap time to re charge,and I believe as long as you make a good quiet/calm environment, they will fall into that routine.
