I think it is different because for care takers, we need to make sure to properly prepare and sanitize, make sure to not contaminate anything, follow proper procedures. Parents don't really have to think twice about changing their child's diaper, I know for me, I change my sons diaper so much it's like second nature lol

Children in child care have a higher chances of sharing germs because they are in close contact, but child care providers can prevent the spread of germs and reduce the chance of illness by changing diapers correctly. In prepare for the diaper change, the best procedure would be in bare basic terms to collect all the supplies you need, clean diaper, wipes, plastic bags, latex gloves, and clean clothes and place them within reach, but not on the changing table. After changing the child’s diaper, wash your hands and the child’s hands with soap and warm water, clean and disinfect the diaper table, clean the surface with soap and water, and disinfect the diapering area with a bleach and water solution. Then wash your hands again thoroughly with soap and warm, running water.
