None of them. We don't have a kitchen and the regulations for preparing and serving snacks are no-brainers (our staff can do it properly in their sleep). I did, however, just renew my food handler's card and was surprised to see that tomatoes shouldn't be cut and stored. That doesn't affect us, we don't serve them. Also, we don't cut things ahead of time.
