The best way to form a relationship with families is but getting to know the parents on a First Name bases, by greeting the child by there name every morning is really nice for parents to hear but for them to hear their name as well, is showing you are going above a beyond to make and family feeling more welcome even if its a new family that is just starting, or to your families that are still there. Another way to develop a good relationship is by asking the families what they are doing at home that we can use here at school, like from how do they potty train, what kind a discipline do they use that we can use along our guidelines for rules.
