2.1. What is a partnership and why is it important for providers and families?

A partnership between a parent and providers at Childcare Center is when there is an effective communication on important matters that are related to the well being of a child and his development. 

Having that partnership between them is extremely important, because the child spends  a big amount of time at home and at the Childcare center, so its important for his well being and his development to have a consistency of how things are, as children  see  what is expected of them; so having that routine and consistency of good for the children. Parents and caregivers also benefit from this partnership, because they can provide maximum attention, and guidance to the children, going in the same direction.

A partnership is when there is an effective communication between the caregivers and the parents on important matters that are related to the well being of the child and their development. The importance of this partnership is to work together in helping the developmental of the kids through consistency of what is expected from them. As well as to help with their growth in physical and mental.

Children need consistency. Parwnts and providers must always try to be on the same page with things regarding their child. The child learns faster and more effectively when they are being taught the same things he same way.

Kids and parents need to be on the same page. Kids learn faster and effective with consistency. There needs to be a great relationship between parents and providers.
