Because we spend a lot of time with kids while parents send them to us. Because kids need to learn something new out of their families.

Supporting families gives the family and the child the sense of trust, security and the knowledge that their child is as important to us, the caregivers, as they are to them. We too have their child's best interest in mind.

Why is supporting families important?
it's important because as being the child's or children's caregiver or care provider it shows that we care about the children and we can work on planning a support system. And that we do have their needs an best interest in mind. When parents get a feel of support coming from their caregiver or provider it shows that they can trust Us build a relationship with us also security.

Educators spend a lot of time with children, and I need to support families so that there is a team work, not something unilateral.
