Challenging parts: Sometimes parents can not see their children's shortcomings. In their eyes, the kid is perfect. It is a little hard to communicate with parents about kids' shortcomings. Best parts: Parents are willing to hear some suggestions to help kids become better. When we both see kids' progress, we will be very happy and satisfied.

I dislike saying that there are some parents who think their child is well behaved when it is not the case and they have a really hard time believing what the teacher is saying about what their child has done or just doesn't believe it at all. There are some children who completely behave very well when their parents are around but totally different when they are not and it's hard to show the parents how their child is behaving away from them.
Best part, hands down is when the child willing gives you hugs and tells you that they love you!

i think a challenge is that some parents honestly don't like hearing the truth and rather only hear about how great the child's day was and not anything negative. best part would be when the parent is accepting and know what the child's difficulties are and is willing to do something about it.
