Information is the key that make sure all families receive encouragement in supporting the development of their children. This is the starting point of dialogue. We need to open the doors and encourage parents to ask questions about their child's learning and care. Casual contacts offer a way to foster dialogue with a parent who seldom speaks out, for example at corner conversations with a director or a teacher.

i think communication is key. if we don't communicate with parents we cant help their child do they best that they can when trying to develop in new skills. we need to make sure we're always open with the parents to better understand what they are asking of us.
