a good way to support brain development is to interact each day with children by playing or reading to them. Its not a good idea to let children watch tv when they are young because it delays their brain development.

In support of early brain development infants and young children form an attachment, and relationship with the person who is primarily responsible for their care, usually this is a parent. But caregivers who are attuned to each child’s unique needs and personality can support, nurture, and guide the child’s growth and development. When relationships are nurturing, individualized, responsive, and predictable, they increase the odds of desirable outcomes, building healthy brain that provides a strong foundation for learning, behavior, and health.
