Each child is unique. They have different temperament and these have given care providers clues on how to meet a child's individual needs. Each child is born with his/her own temperament and behavioral characteristics that usually persist through life. So they have different needs.

What are individual differences in needs?
Each child has her or his own way of showing their needs, As a care taker's we need to meet the child's or children's needs in order to help them grow. They do have different temperament which should give us information on how to work with the individual needs. I do agree with Tuyueyuan that Each child is with born with His/her own temperament and behavioral characteristics that usually go with them threw life. One type may be better than other, for example it could be hard for a child that is ( shy ) while the other children are more outgoing and social.
