The most important thing that influences my thinking is my faith in God. I want to live a life that shows God and his traits, love towards others and the values of a Christian life. I also believe in treating everyone with a fair and respectable attitude.
When people have different views they usually get mad or they disagree with others. The best way to resolve issues concerning views is respectfully listen and each person take turns talking about why they believe what they believe. I think its rare for people to change their views but you can sometimes agree to disagree in a civilized manner.

It is time for all caregivers to receive additional diversity training so they come to see that concepts of quality care must be put in culturally relevant contexts. In the face of diversity, everyone in the early childhood field must become trained in diversity, especially in the area of their religious rights, because everyone has the right to hold any religious or non-religious beliefs, and to carry out any practices in accordance with those beliefs, so long as they do not interfere with another person's legal or civil rights, or any reasonable laws, without fear of harm, and so it is possible for professionals to be both culturally sensitive and professionally responsible.
