I would say communication will build a relationship with the parents and care taker , it will bring trust and respect.The communication will keep everyone on the same page . Also for the care taker to have an understanding for the differenences in others opinios , what the care taker thinks might be different with the parents so being open to other things/opions will also bring them together.

i would think that making the connection with the child first would be best so the then parents could get an understanding of how the care taker works with children. I also do agree that it will bring trust to the parent or parents, while communicating with the parent or parents it's important to be on the same page so they can discuss any issues or concern about the child. i do believe that there are some differences when opening up to the the parent or parents so that's where would suggest Encouragement.
