Observation combined with knowledge of the child allows for reflection so that you are aligned to provide a direction to assist in their learning and helping to overcome trouble spots.

Observation and knowledge of the child help you understand them better and helps you find and discover new ways to teach them and work with them , and help them when they are struggling.

Observation helps you understand an individual child better, which then will allow you to adapt lessons to help the child continue developing to their full potential.

Observation and knowledge are connected at the individual level when teachers witness each child's growth and development then plan the environment and curriculum for furthering their unique continuum. As we watch them we are carefully observing and recognizing how children in our care are developing at their own rate.
