I think one of the biggest things in to communicate with families. When there is something that concerns you or is an issue just talk it out with them and if that is somethings that has to with with their culture or diversity then you have to do somethings different. I also think trying not to let all the other children see when you must do things different because of the culture because when you do they don't quite understand why that child is treated differently. Children are really trying to fit in and be accepted and they can struggle in situations like this. So i really do think having great communication with their parents that really helps understand things a little better especially with diversity in culture.
