Observation and knowledge of individual development are connected because through observing the child you will know what skills the child has and what challenges them. You can base your curriculum and activities on what the child needs help with.

We known the each child developed in his own rate. But during observation, our knowledge about typical development of certain age help to us how to pick up this child and help to him achieved his development level. For the better way make for this child individual curriculum.
