Discussion 2.3 WACs responsibility as a staff member

As a staff member, I must be familiar with the WACs and how to find them so I can provide quality child care and because if we do not comply with WAC, our facility may be subject to fines and penalties. If I don't understand the WACs, I need to ask for clarification from my director.
