You can build a respectful relationship with the families within this practice can be to get to know the child family culture and yes i believe diversity plays a part with that because within each culture comes own believes that some people may support and follow.

Diversity absolutely plays a part in developing respectful, reciprocal relationships with families. Being able to build valuable relationships with families helps understand and connect the bridge between one another. Again, it seems to me genuine curiosity and interactive activities. As an immigrant myself, I felt most included and had the strongest sense of belonging and identity when i had opportunities to introduce my culture and background to my fellow students and even educators.
