Hand washing is one of the most important ways to prevent the spread of germs especially in child care environments. So, it is important when children are washing their hands they rub or scrub them for at least 20 seconds. And children sometimes forget to wash their hands for this long, so it’s a good idea to teach them to sing a little hand washing song while they are washing their hands, this a good way to help them measure if they have been scrubbing long enough.
