When a child's "best friend" is playing with someone else, when they don't get the first turn on their favorite toy, when a friend says "i'm not your friend anymore", when someone knocks down something they have creating with blocks on accident, when they are new to the country or the classroom, and when they are having a harder time than the rest of the children with being safe and following routine.
