You must have them written out. Guiding the child appropriately for their age and development. Prevent and prohibit any person on the premises from using cruel, unusual, hazardous, frightening, or humiliating discipline.You can only physically restrain a child if what they are doing is threatening themselves or others or near dangerous objects.

Rules for the school/classroom/child are best communicated when they are regularly and consistently discussed and printed out with visual aids so that the children can refer back to the posters when needed.

Your rules must be written out in a folder of employees to follow and rules for the students are best printed out, learned in lessons of verbally told to them.
