the children in my room have a schedule, they sleep at 12:00 pm, the room must be quiet, lights low, every baby with his blanket. They usually sleep until 2:00 pm. they need to sleep, they need to wake up calmly and continue with their activities.

Ensure the children get the rest they need by helping them to calm their bodies with some quiet time before nap, as well as allowing them to have their own blankets, playing soothing music to cover any potential noises that may occur, and remaining generally quiet.

Providing a safe, calm and consistent environment. We make it as dark as possible in the room and we play music that is calm, soothing and familiar. We also ensure that mats are spaced far apart and we place children strategically around the room so that the ones who need to have lots of space have it and those that need a teacher near them can have it.
