Confidential records must be kept in a secure location on-site and out of the public's access, protected by a lock or password to keep out anyone except authorized personnel. All records must also be kept for the corresponding amount of time detailed in the WACs.

We keep all records in a binder accessible to whoever needs it. They are not out in the open for anyone to look at, but close at hand for authorized individuals.

We keep confidential records stored appropriately so they are accessible to the director and staff but not accessible to parents and visitors. Confidential records are used for reference in the case of an emergency or to review enrollment agreements, for example, with the parents.

Confidential records should be kept in a secure private location where only those who should have access to them can.
