Where records are kept will be determined by what type of record they are, if you have any doubt about whether a record should be public or confidential you can reference the WACs and your centers individual policies. Records such as mission statements and children's artwork should be publicly posted, while records such as medication history must be kept in a secure location where only authorized people will have access to them.
