That will depend on whether a.) the school has one (they are not appropriate in all situations) and b.) whether the families would benefit. I don't believe sharing the mission statement with the children would be that helpful. In our case, we have about 40 families, and our "mission statement" is reiterated in how we teach the students. I'm a firm believer in using things that benefit the business and families, but for us a "mission statement" isn't one of them.
