I truly believe that there is not enough opportunities for children to participate in the recommended 60 minutes o structured and 60 minutes of unstructured physically active play, because it's not prioritized. I believe most of the caregivers and family don't understand all the benefits for child to be out outside, being active and how it affects his learning abilities and benefits his brain development.
