If you are watching children five years of age or younger there is supposed to be a set "nap time". Researchers say that 2 hours is a good length of time for a nap. Sleep is very important especially for little children. Kids should average 8-10+ hours of sleep a night. Good ways to make sure they children get that rest is have a set bed time. Have a nightly routine with your children and it will eventually become second nature for them.
