To keep children healthy, I ensure hands are washed before eating, after playing outside, and after craft activities. I also sanitize tables and toys following the 3-step process guidelines. Finally, proper disposal of diapers is also important in keeping children healthy.

To keep children healthy, it's important to teach habits such as washing your hands after the bathroom, before eating, and after playing outdoors, as well as after coughing, sneezing, or picking their nose, and encouraging them to cough or sneeze into their elbows instead.

I remind the children in my care to wash hands frequently and before and after meal times to catch their sneeze or cough in their elbow to flush and wash hands after they use the restroom I encourage them to try a variety of foods even if they are unsure that they will like them. I try to make this fun by doing things like demonstrating how loud the celery crunches and asking them how loud they can crunch their celery. I ensure that they get time to have big body play every day. We go outside for fresh air and physical activity. We also get physical activity inside by dancing and playing games.

Frequently wash hands, have them cover their coughs/sneezes, blow their nose when it's running, following the 3-step cleaning process, and regularly sanitizing/disinfecting.

I have the children in my care wash their hands frequently, blow their noses when they are runny, make sure that the children are feeling well by observing, making sure they learn to keep their hands to themselves, and make sure they aren't doing any unhealthy actions.
